The Fossil Free UCD (also known as Fossil Free) team serves to enhance and support existing advocacy efforts to move the UC Davis campus away from fossil fuel usage.
What is the Fossil Free UCD Team working on?
ASCUD Resolution
- The Fossil Free team is working to write and approve an ASUCD resolution encouraging campus leadership to end the use of fossil fuels.
UC Davis Campus Advisory Committee on Sustainability
- They are also advocating for equitable and sustainable action by providing feedback to the UC Davis Campus Advisory Committee on Sustainability, and on the City of Davis draft Climate Action and Adaptation Plan.
